Einstein has been quoted as saying, "The only way to beat roulette is to steal the money when the dealer's not looking." He may have a point there, as still to this day no guaranteed system of winning at roulette has ever come to fruition. There’s no way to beat the game but there are however, a few tips that can help you improve your chances.

• Perhaps the first and most important tip which you should be aware of is that the game carries a very high house advantage. Hence, playing at a full and busy table can be helpful as you get around thirty spins an hour which helps decrease the time your money is exposed to the house edge (and, simultaneously, increases your comp time!)
• If the number you wish to wager is completely covered with other people’s chips – you needn’t worry! You are allowed to stack your chips on top of another person’s chips which doesn’t as superstition says change the probabilities inherent to the game.
• Lastly never fall in to the trap of believing in "betting systems". More and more gullible people are conned into buying worthless books, DVDs etc..all claiming to have come up with "system" which they argue "guarantees you wins". There is no system that can alter the house edge in roulette allowing you to win. So, do not waste your time, money and effort on buying into any of these ‘cowboy’ Roulette Systems!
